[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — refundable tickets being denied a refund | |||
I, anita hasurkar, had booked tickets for 8 pax from singapore - bali return. It read refundable on the site, am attaching a copy of the tkts. Now, i want to cancel the booking for 4 pax, and on the site, it said, no information available on cancellation charges. On call, i was told it is a non refundable ticket!!! This is a clear case of fraud! Most unethical and unprofessional! I need to escalate this matter within yatra and to the consumer form as well. Kindly look into it and resolve at the earliest.
