Hi, i have booked my trip from delhi to dubai for the dates 12/4/2020 to 16/4/2020 and as a token money i h given amount of ₹10000 but due to the effect of corona virus i have to cancel my journey so when i contacted customer care they are not addressing my problem and said no amount will be refunded. Here i am cancelling my trip because of corona effect and this is a world wide problem. So yatra should understand the customer reason and should refund the money.
