[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — rescheduling of international flight from stl to pnq due to coronavirus | |
Hi, I called yatra customer care 5 times in last 3 days but not getting proper response. Every time they are saying i will get call back for rescheduling of flight. Now its less than 48 hours for my flight even now they are telling the same. I booked the flight from stl to pnq for date 17th march, yatra ref num[protected]. Due to coronavirus outbreak airlines are waiving the reschedule fees but yatra guys still not aware about it? They just created Request number 24596009 but not acting on it. Thanks.
