[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — ticket confirmation pending though money deducted | |
I have booked ticket reference number[protected]. Payment have been deducted from my credit card and have already received about payment confirmation however, my ticket confirmation is not yet done. I don't know what is issue with yatra. I have do you people try to charge more money through this way - and not confirming ticket now and later asking for more money. I need ticket confirmation soon. Also though i chose coupon offer code, it didnot get applied. I am highly disappointed with their service. Was this information helpful? | |

We would like to inform you that your booking was not confirmed and refund amount of INR 71392.00 has already been processed from our end on 11'Jan. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
