[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — ticket not received and amount deducted from account | |
Dear sir, On dated 08.01.2019 i booked my flight ticket from kathmandu to delhi by my yatra id - [protected]@yahoo.in, the payment paid through upi but my transaction failed and the amount of inr 6414.00 deducted from my bank account and furthermore no reference number generated by yatra portal in detail for record. Till now i didn't received any refund. I also attached my transaction detail for your reference. In this regard i have already informed to yatra customer service but no feedback find from there.
