Hi, I tried to book train tickets today on 14th August from Yatra.com, tickets were from Haridwar to Delhi costing Rs 1064.21. As i made the booking from Yatra.com and selected UPI option of payment through Gpay, the amount got debited from my account and the application got crashed. I did not receive any details of booking neither the debited amount is refunded to my account. I raised a complaint through mail at [protected]@yatra.com and got the automated response with ticket no - YA:32852237. But still did not get any confirmation regarding booking. Request the yatra.com team to look into this and try to resolve this issue and refund my money or provide me booking confirmation. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)

Kindly note, Refund will be processed from Yatra's end in 24 hrs .You will receive an email notification once the refund will be processed from our end . Further, private sector banks may take up to 3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to credit the amount into your account. We thank you for your patience and patronage.
