I am getting newer surprises from yatra!!! I had booked flight with yatra ref[protected]. Instead of a full refund, app. 25% fare has been deducted and that too has been kept in e-wallet. Since the flight was canceled by air, thereby full amount should be returned!!! Secondly, what the point of keeping it in e-wallet. If the airline company has returned the amount, that should be credited back to the traveler account!!! Was this information helpful? | |
