[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — wrong bookings & worst services | |
I have booked trip to bali from 4 may to 9 may 2018. Sales team person manish has booked it wrongly from 4 april to 9 april. Also i have the mail confirmation of the package from 4 may to 9 may 2018. On the top of it, when i am trying to contact yatra team, associates like sonu kumar, pawan, divya chauhan are saying that the server is down & it is happening since last 3 days. How the server is down since last 3 days? Is that a joke from yatra team? This is my first time with yatra and such a worst experience. I will surely share this people & strongly ask them to not to book trip with yatra. Can you help? Was this information helpful? | |
