[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — yatra travel package

I was enquiring about a package for Puri and was given a cost of 50500 for the same (without flight - 3 nights hotel and taxi). I tried to book the same on my own online and with hotel travel agency, this was coming to 23500, when i tried to explain this to Yatra representative - Vishal, he replied really rudely and said why do you waste our time. when I told him next time i will not call Yatra then his arrogant and rude reply was Ok. I am surprised at the behaviour of this guy and also to the fact that why will someone pay a premium of almost 100% just to take this service from Yatra. you guys need to be more sensible and respectable towards your customers. i have been booking with yatra for long, doesn't look like i will get back here again.
