[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Yatra's Torcher | |||||
We have arrived here about 30 minutes ago and we are asked to wait till 12PM to get a room. You booked our tickets early morning on 12th, not even basic needs were taken care for your customer after landing to Delhi, did over night journey in a conjusted Van for 10 hours and now we would get no rooms till 12. (We are awake from past 26 hours and asked to wait for more 5 hours) This is kind of torcher done towards us. Do you still expect one to go for sight seeing after getting terribly tired??
