[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — domestic holiday tour package false promises | |
Booked holiday last year with Ref. no: YH 4188156. At the time of booking, all executives; Danish, Sakshi, Richa had talked and informed me that I can use my e-cash for online purchase on Amazon and similar online platforms. After completion of the tour, I had continuously follow-up for the same but no response from any of them. Even mail and lots of phone calls done from my side but no response for that also. Yesterday my 7000 e-cash got expired due to no response from Yatra Staff. For the confirmation of the talk, you can listen sales call from that executives last year. Was this information helpful? | |

However, while booking, you can use only a certain percentage of eCash based on the product.
