Dear users, This e cash is totally loss for you. For an example - if you go for flight tickets, the money shown in their first page (Plus lucrative e cash) is not the actual money you are going to pay.in the final step, the amount will be more than the actual cost in respective airlines. Yatra very generous giving e-cash (This part is the attractive to trap customers), but they don't allow you to use (Last point in their t&c). I bet if you wish to use e-cash 5000, surely you have to. Cab booking reference YATRABMS-214553. Cab did not report at all. I paid 366 INR and not retuned by YATRA despite calling and sending email. With compensation I want 10000 rupees for my losses as cab was needed for urgent travel.
