[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — flight fare has been deducted with its been confirmed

First of all i make the flight booking from raipur to delhi n it wasn’t confirmed and the money has been deducted from my account and even i got a message from yatra as you can see in the pic above. Yatra said if your flight fare deducted will be reversed. I would really like to share the message yatra has been sent it to me but some how it failed. Please do contact as soon as possible. Let me know about my refund.

Updated by Tsewanglhamo Yatra message mentioned that my bank isn’t responding for my response and even if there’s any payment deduct it will reversed automatically. That’s the reason why I booked my flight again and it confirmed.

As checked you have confirmed same reservation 2 times against booking reference[protected] &[protected], the SMS screenshot which you shared above is no where related to these bookings. We tried calling you on the registered number several times but you did not answered the call. Please share your alternate number at [protected]@yatra.com before 1300 Hrs for us to check the possibility of refunding and assist you accordingly.

We again tried calling you on the registered number but the call was still not answered, As you have done the same booking 2 times we have sent both the e tickets to the registered e mail address. Would recommend you to connect with the airlines with in 24 Hrs of the booking and request for cancellation with full refund as per DGCA guidelines and let us know once the duplicate booking is cancelled with the airlines for us to process your refund accordingly.

We would like to inform you that we have checked the details our team was in contact with you and this has been discussed. One of the bookings has been canceled and refund is under process.

Please note, Yatra takes only 24hrs to process the refund, Further, if the payment was made through Private sector bank then it will take 2-3 working days & if the payment was made through Public sector bank then it will take up to 7 working days to reflect the credit into your account.
