Made the mistake of flight booking via yatra for new delhi to bangalore. Online support is pathetic... Always giving the system error. No customer care representative to attend your query for flights. Android app service is too pathetic. Chat support is just for name sake.. No rep avalable. I am trying to get the cancellation/reschedule charges since last 2 hrs but so far nothing is achieved. Better use mmt.
