Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — international flight - covid 19 — no refund despite airline is giving full refund | |||
I have booked an international flight to the us. Due to covid-19, flight got canceled by airlines. When i contacted delta airlines, they offered full-refund. However, yatra is charging 40% as a cancellation fee. When i contacted customer care, they didn't respond. When i opened the ticket through their portal. They marked ticket as resolved.
