[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — my bus was cancelled and I was not even notified. | |||||
Hello yatra, I have booked a bus from hyderabad to mumbai on date of travelling 17 the nov. I waited at the boarding point for 2 hrs but the bus didn't come. Later when i checked at the travels i was told bus has been cancelled. I had an emergency work and it all got spoiled as once even i was not notified either by travels or yatra.com about the cancellation of journey. Now who is responsible and what about my refund and my waste of time?? Can you please look into the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
