[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — non refund of flight fare | |
I had booked my tickets from mumbai to chandigarh for 30 april 2019, with reference no.[protected] Unfortunately the jet airways flight 9w-471 is cancelled, i need my money back, so it is requested to support for the refund of the complete amount. I had talked on the number given for support, [protected], on a recorded line, however, when i asked for refund repeatedly, they said "please be notified that jet airways has temporarily suspended all operations. All jet airways flights have been cancelled. We can help process the cancellation of your booking and due refund shall be initiated only post confirmation from jet airways. We will connect with you as soon and we are working on it. Please provide me the details for the refund transaction as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
