Tried to book ticket from mutajapur to cst mumbai on wed, 26 jul 2017 with reference id[protected] for my brother akshay thorat and 2 more members.1099 rs got deducted but havent received a refund yet. Its been more tham 15 days. No contact from your side. Not even able to track the refund status on site. Return the money asap. No customer support available on the site. Would like to inform you that we have already processed the refund on 26th Jul'17 in your account from our end. As you said that you did not received till yet, would request you to kindly allow us sometimes. We will share the refund reference number with you on your registered e-mail ID which we received from your respective bank. With the help of that reference number you check with grievance cell department in your bank Thank you, Yatra Care.

Hence full refund has been processed from our end INR 1553.00 in your same mode of payment and refund INR 120.00 has been refunded back in your Yatra ecash wallet on 16th aug. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
