[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — trip bookings | |||
Hi, I have booked a trip with yatra in last week of december 2019 for bhutan. The agent told us that they will provide 4 star hotels and try send the email with all details mentioning 4 star hotel. As i believe in yatra i haven’t crossed check the hotel and booked the trip. Now they are saying that those hotels are actually 3 star as per yatra but 4 star as per google or other travel site. Now i feel cheated and i am looking for resolution from last 1 week but they are not replying or calling us. Was this information helpful? | |||
