[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — ullal bus service abuse | |||
This is to inform you all that i board a ac sleeper bus from goa to bangalore on 27th aug 2017 (Booking reference number[protected]. Some agent present in the bus to fill the vacant seat behaved unruly and abusive and starred my wife in a inappropriate matter when we were late by just 10 min. The same agent took 2000rs from my another friend to catch the bus who missed bus just when he was 15min late. We would like to inform you as we have cross verified with the co-passenger ( Sumit Samanta ) from same boarding point. As per him, there is nothing issue was there from the operator and agents End. Operator informed that passenger was not on a boarding point on a right time and Operator had waited almost 1 hour for the 2 Members in that PNR. And at final on a long wait you completed your journey with the same service and seat which you booked. Mostly important the service was totally filled through on online, where there is a no chance to pick the road side Passenger. Hope your query has been resolved now.
