[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — yatra changing the hotel from itinerary after making the payment | |||
This is regarding my recent booking for Himachal Pradesh family tour for 13-May-2018 to 19-May-2018 Reference No: YH4083203 Date of booking: 27-March-2018 Before making the payment I use to get hourly follow-up calls from the travel agent asking me to immediately process the payment transaction. I was given assurance that the itinerary won't be changed once I make the initial payment (25%), as they can hold the hotel rooms for me. So I've paid the 25% amount, I've the original payment receipt where the hotels (3-star) are listed. After making the payment, around a week later, I got a call from Yatra's travel agent(on April 6) saying that the hotels booked for Manali and Shimla are not available and I was given some alternative cheap low-grade hotels, and they are aking me to choose from these alternatives. As I was not happy with the alternatives I asked them to either book the ones which are offered to me in the original itinerary or refund my payment. Now the Travel agent assigned to me for follow-ups is not picking up the call, Every time I had to go via customer care to reach to him. The issue is pending for around 2 weeks, email resopnces are also poor and delayed a lot. After receiving the payment they have started ignoring me, most of my valuable time is spent calling their support team/travel agent I'm very frustrated with this kind of service, I want the refund of my payment as early as possible.
