I've been facing so many challenges with this holiday package. First of all, i was promised (In email) that i would be booked a 9.35 am flight from chennai. But when the tickets were shared with me, it was for a 11.00 am flight. Then, i was told that on nov 27th that the promised hotels were not available, and alternate hotels were proposed by yatra. I responded back immediately on the same day that we are not ok with one of the alternate hotels (Grand oriental) as it did not have good reviews on google. However, until today (Dec 1), the alternate hotel option has not been shared with me and the booking has not been made. Also, the hotel booking confirmation receipts for the other ones have not been shared with me for any of the hotels. As a result, i've not able to apply for visa. I have sent almost 10 email reminders and called yatra a hundred times, but still the team has not been able to close this. After all of these, i really wish to cancel this package as this has already caused such a pain with the back and forth involved. There were three travel agents changed already, and i'm not sure if there will be any more new people involved. Pls let me know who to escalate this to. I really don't want to make this a big issue, but i want to finish this thing soon so that i can take care of other things. Was this information helpful? | |||||
