[Resolved] Yatra.com — hotel booking in fraud manner | |||
I am a regular customer of yatra.com, i booked a three star hotel in the name of shelter palace at navi mumbai with reference no[protected] for three nights 26 nov to 29 nov. But the hotel didn't deserve single star.in the name of free breakfast there is no breakfast and other facilities like three star hotel. The yatra has cheated us, next day i booked nearby hotel and checked out from shelter palace. I am approaching yatra for my two days refund but they refuse to pay the same.
