YatraGenie — bus cancellation refund

Hi,

I had booked ticket for 24th may 2019(vijayawada to bangalore) but the bus had cancelled. I did not take any other bus and asked for refund. Still i did not get any refund.

I am not able to talk to customer care. They are not responding to the mails also.

It been 2 months. I have not get refund yet.can you check and do the refund.
