1. Bus was upgraded from non AC to AC (45 seater) which created problem to a person like me who is allergic to AC and present weather
2. Bus stopped near suryapet at 11.00 pm and we faced lot of service issue and Finally other non AC bus allotted(36 seater)
We were given last seating and I have a senior citizen with me who suffered a lot due to this issue
Morning we had breakfast at 9.30 (cost 320/-)
At 1.45 pm bus dropped us at Kakinada and we had meals( cost 360/-)
I missed my appointment at 11.00 am today and lost valuable opportunity
Pls explain and I demand for explanation on this matter
You need to reimburse the travel along with convenience charges paid by me.
We are totally upset with the readiness of your bus services
If you don't reply I'll escalate this to court.
