I have bought my luggage in two cardboard boxes and I kept it in luggage space, since I don't have any idea that you people with charge for customer luggage also. And I'm not aware it at the same time you people dint mention in any where while proceeding the billing. And now the people who are there in the bus we're charging for my luggage itself. This is so bad and this results in your customer satisfaction.
