We have got a call from bus operator and he informed that bus has been cancelled on[protected] and no alternate bus has been arranged. Therefore we booked other bus and continued the journey.
We have not got any notification from the bus operator about the alternate bus has been arranged. Therefore i need a refund. I have also got message from komitla about refund. But still it is not processed.
I request you to please initiate the refund process as early as possible
