YatraGenie — Seat changed to last row and used abusive language

Sir, My name is Pandu Ranga Rao and im travelling from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore on Bus service number 400 and ticket number YGT[protected]. I have been asked to go back to last row even though my seat number is R10. I have argued and showed my ticket and they used very abusive language and tried to handle me. I have no choice and went back and sit in last seat. I have never faced any problem of such till now. Its a worst travells and with worst staff ever. Strict laws has to be made against them. poeple please dont travel in this company. I have called to yatragenie customer support and complained against same and nothing has happend. I want an appology from them.
