On 15th Jan 2016, I have booked a ticket from Nellore to Bangalore. I have got transaction successful message and payment successful mail also from the website. After 3 days, when I haven't received the SMS of the driver details about the bus, I had called the call-center of the company and asked them that I have got neither ticket details nor the driver details, then the call center folks told me that my payment was successful, but ticket is not booked. When I told them that I am not responsible for the mistake and asked them to provide me alternate option to travel for the same day, they failed to provide the same. I was supposed to a very important business meeting the next day. Because of the failure to travel to my work place, there is a loss of work productivity. Was this information helpful? |
