Yatramakers — No refund on hotel cancelation even after 4 days

I had booked a Hotel in Nainital on 3rd August and canceled it on 4th August. As per their refund criteria, I should have got the refund in 2-3 hours. It has been more than 3 days, and I haven't got my money back. The chat box on the app doesn't reply properly and customer care number is either INVALID or NOT ANSWERING. Pathetic Service @yatra

Updated by MonicaVerma06 Got a mail from Yatra, stating that public banks may take 7 days for the transaction to reflect in the account. Waiting for the same.
