Hope this email finds you well!!

As per our telephonic conversation with you, we would like to inform you that due to unavailability of the hotels, we was not able to serve you this last and would request you to use our package in future till june 30, 2016. You need to follow terms as well as the proper booking procedure to use your hotel booking services.

You paid the amount of rs. 11, 999/- for 2 adults for 6 nights / 7 days.

Please note the following points in order to obtain this offer:

In order to obtain this offer, the booking request voucher must be completed (With keeping the below mention points in mind) and mailed to the yatri 4 travel at the address given.
Please mention your booking id on the form i. E. Your membership id.
Provide all your details i. E. Name, address, contact details, email address.
Write down the number of dependents i. E. No. Of person traveling excluding you.
Please provide with two different dates and destination.
Please note: fill the column according to your priority. We always try to book the customer on their first preferred travel date and destination.
Please ensure that there is a minimum of 4-7 nights’ difference between the 1st and the 2nd date.
Please provide two different destinations not the resorts / resort name.
Please ensure that the first preferred date chosen by you is at least 30 days away from the date your are sending the booking form i. E. A minimum of 30 days advance booking is required for any booking. E. G. If your 1st preferred date in the booking form is 18th april, then your booking form should be sent to us on or before 18th march.
Please don’t forget to put down your signature in the booking form
All the booking request has to made at minimum 21 and maximum 30 days in advance from the date of travel.
Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so under the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Strictly one booking per voucher and house hold. Only one voucher will be accepted per mail.
A confirmation letter will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 days before the date of check-in.

This is to regards to your last email dated Tue, May 3, 2016 at 4:19 PM, Where you was looking for booking process but we would like to inform you that your package with Payment ID Y4T1673JB & Y4T1674JB has been expired and just because of this issue, we were not able to process your request further for the bookings.

Your subscription to Yatri 4 Travel for holiday package has been expired on June 6, 2016. Moreover, we did not find any communication for any extra validity extension provided to you from our team.

    I paid for 5night and 6days plan of RS 12999 and they told that you can book any time any hotel in India before 24 days so you get priority hotel booking, I submitted the form 4th April 2016.and my booking date is 4th may 2016 at Dalhousie for 3 nights they told you get reply in 72 hrs then after that they told in two days you get confirmation today is 15th no call no confirmation not picking up phone, I already booked my up and down rail as well as flight ticket now l in tense I having a big loss I think this company is good but now I am suffering I am working if they not giving me the booking or reply and confirmation it will be big lose and haresment for my family My booking ID is Y4t8008m . I am afraid they give me escuse for non availability of rooms or giving any ordinary hotels or even not responding me what I do, It's my last mistake I never book any thing in advance I mentally disturbed for this from the day of booking

    Its fact no return confirmation but mr mayank marmeting person told me by phone that you have selected hotels list all india you can get the accomodation on that hotel only, there is no written confirmation i agree now.ball in your court. Whatever booming in hotels you give we have to accept

    So you just confirm us my booking date of 4th may 2016 dalhousie for 3 nights and allot me rhe hotel, else you not able to give tell me so ican see my alternativ, its almost 10 days gone for submiting the form.

    If you not repond my booking confirmation i am helpless.

    Your customer serive phone only ringing, mayank mobile only ringing so how i get that my booking status now only 19 days left

    Its a request becuse we paid you in advance wenhave to accept whatever you give but give what as per your company rule regation

      We books 6 voucher for 3n/4d @ 8999.00 each from y4t in july 15 after 2 times done booking procedure till booking done.

      Each and every mail there r different terms and condition

      don't trust on them avoid to purchase voucher of y4t

      first we give booking for mirasol resort - daman in sep 15 which was rejected due to non availability and right now we give for darjeeling but it also rejected with same reason in darjeeling they have 19 hotels as per list given and no one have rooms how it possible . in addition they mail for map plan at a time of voucher booking now they refuse it. we book 6 voucher no communication o[censored]tilization now they talk only 2 vouchers utilize at a time.
      in addition if booking period more than 40 days it is automatic rejected . each and every mail new rules we received how this possible.
      no pickup of phone calls there big haddack.
      avoid to purchase from yatri4travels it is big fraud company.

        I have taken Asia Tour Package Rs. 11999 on August 2014. Payment ID 27673190 who ever take sale person john he is one of fraud only taking sale. After confirmation they didn't picking call when I call telling meeting. I think this company not given any package for family.

        I am going to againist to owner of yatri 4 travel this is a fraud company.

        Don't waist your money invest in this company. Still not yet given my package tour to Asia.

        Even really I upset fast 2 years. I am telling people don't go for this ediot company.

          On 10 Jan I paid them RS 8999/-as per their package for CITRUS Hotel, Lonavala for 29/1 onwards two nights-they confirmed payment also.But did not send me the reservation voucher.On 28/1 the hotel told me they did not receive any booking from Yatri 4 Travel.When I contacted them they told that my booking was not confirmed!
          The booking was confirmed by their staff Mr Mayank on 10/1 itself when he had phoned me and when payment was made.

          At last moment I had to arrange an alternate accommodation for self and wife to celebrate our 33rd Wedding anniversary. I e mailed them it it was not a good business for service people to ditch their customers after collecting payment and they should return my money.They did not.They sent me a booking form on 31/1/2016 and want me to fill up and return to them.

            TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
            DEAR FRIENDS

            beware of the company named yatri4travel which claims to be a travel assistance company and sends spurious and fraudulant emails to guilible customers (web add http://yatri4travel.com/india.html). their modus oprandii is to offer 3night/4day hotel accomodation at concessional rates in various locations across the country the payment mode is through netbanking portal and once the payment is made they send a voucher which is to be filled by the customer and based on this they do the hotel booking and communicate back to the customers. however, i made a payment of rs 8999.00 to them thru their DCB bank account; they forwarded the voucher which i duly filled and sent it back but now they are not picking up my calls either through customer care number [protected] or by the sales agent mob number [protected].
            i would like to spread this word of caution that company’s operation is dubious so do not fall prey to it. i am also contemplating to lodge a fir against them.

            As per your last email, we would like to inform you that it’s nothing like we don't want to entertain you calls as we have not opted for IVR services over our customer care which attends your calls and ask you to be on the line when all lines are busy. But we are not having that services running that the reason its keep on ringing. However, the call would be places on waiting while all the other agent is over the call as soon as agent disposes the call he will attend your call automatically.

            We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience you might have had with us. Hence, we assure you, we are working towards your concern and trying to solve your matter on urgent basis. So keep patient and try to call over the customer care as we have share all the possible way to help you understand that we work on promotional availability to book hotels.

              Hi dear all Mr. Ankit jain from yatri 4 travel company sold me 1 traveling packge of 5N/6D in rs.12999, I made a payment by online at yatri4travel.com on 19 nov 2015, that tym they assurace me to a packge even confirmed my traveling date 8th feb to 13th feb.. They promising to date.. I call many tyms bt anybody cn nt proper responce from the company. Even ankit jain mobile continues going to switch off, After many tym i call them then finally one call i recived from yatri 4 travel customer care ( abhishek matre), they told nw on my travel date hotel is nt available and they also assurance to me for the new updAte nd they told me revert to me bt still this man nt revert me As per telephoic conversation i booked my train nd flight ticket nw they tell me at that date hotel nt availble.. So wt cn i do i dnt know I also call to noida police for the complain bt police also nt responce Number of noida police sector 56 is +[protected] Bt one thing is that why the police is silent of noida, even consumer, , after seems many complaint why they are not take any action for them.. My dear all complainer frnds pls go to police station nd register ur F.I.R for this company nd all employ, , today i also register FIR for this fraud company..                 Mr. Rajesh Mehta from Yatri4Travel company had sold me a package of 4N/3D at Rs. 8999/- on dated[protected] by assuring that he'll get me rooms on 6th jan 2016 to 9th jan 2016 in Marina Hotel in Shimla. But it didn't happen. Even after completing all the formalities like sending them filled voucher by courier to them. After that the support team of this company told me that you'll have to give at least 21 days from the date of booking. I told them then how Mr. Rajesh can told me about the confirm booking of rooms on 6th jan 2016 to 9th jan 2016 in Marina Hotel in Shimla and support team told me that we don't know about this.
                And more ever they are not receiving my phone on both the numbers [protected], [protected]

                Denying my booking and refund and mentally harassing me

                They took money from my account and took all my details through Scanned copies of mail before I recieved their welcome kit of terms and conditions and now denying all bookings and refund of my money
                Dear Sir,

                This is to inform you that your package has already been expired long back as you have purchased you package back in 2014. Moreover to this we have always provide you assistance "How to use the package".

                below mentioned is the email which was communicate to you by one of our executive back in Sept 2014 and informed you about the mistakes in your form however, you did not sent the from again and you membership has been expired.

                FYI

                We have gone through the call recordings and we found the Mr John has clearly told you that the photocopy of the booking form will not be acceptable as we required original booking form which you been received from us.

                Also, We would like to inform you that you have just filled single date in the booking form.

                Kindly fill the form according to the TnC of the package (i.e. with two different destination (Not resort name) and two different date with the gap of 7 days in each interval along with the prior notice of minimum 30 days from the booking date and send it through email so that we will check and assist you accordingly.

                  I had booked a travel package through Yatri 4 Travels for Coorg.Mr Ankit Jain had sent me a mail trying to sell his dubious package for 12, 999/- with a list of facilities like complimentary breakfast, dinner and other hotel amenities..The worst part of cheating customers is that they have advertised they provide 3 star and 5 star hotels.He had also advised me telephonically that he will provide me a three star and 5 star property.But unfortunately you can select your hotel only after you sign their agreement and that too a budget hotel (NOWHERE TERMED TO BE A THREE STAR OR 5 STAR HOTEL)After regular follow ups Mr Ankit Jain was not picking up my calls .Finally I received a mail from Mr.Dinesh Wahi stating that i have to select the budget hotels (which is just Rs.700-800 per night)without any facilities offered only because I have signed the agreement and no changes will be done, or else they will cancel my voucher.I have been cheated to a tune of Rs.8000/- to 9000/-.because if i had to do the hotel booking directly on line i would have got a much cheaper deal.They are a fraud travel operators and i must say the people out there do not get trapped to the mails you receive from YATRI 4 TRAVELS.I have wasted my hard earned money for all my calls and my precious time too.I need a refund now for the extra money they have cheated me and will try to get my money thru consumer forum.My emaid is [protected]@gmail.com

                    We purchased/booked 2 PACKAGES OF Rs. 12999/- the promotional offer package for 5N/6D (3 to 4 star hotel) through yatri4travel.com on 02/12/2015 for GOA. Their sales executive Mr. Rajesh Mehta assured the place and dates when making purchase and making payment. He offered two hotels in GOA.

                    We paid Rs. 25, 998 on 02/12/2015 through neft to their account and they give us voucher form and we filled it and posted to their given address.
                    since then i have been calling them and they are not proving any satisfactory response. Later, he keep on dragging the matter till today reassuring to provide confirm booking. now, they have raised their hands and even refusing to refund the amount.

                    All these company executives are frauds.

                    PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PROMISES AND DO NOT BUY ANY PACKAGES FROM THEM.

                    Your agent rajesh confimred me hotel booking on specified dates and locations before making payment. After payment, he keep on assuring that i will get booking. As the last stage you and your company raised hand.

                    Now, no one takes my call or reply my concerns.

                    First they ignore all the condition and least bothered to check any single of them before making the payment. After paying they make their own rules to use the services.

                    Kindly Note: In terms to use your package, you need to fill the booking request form and send it back to us. on receiving of that form we will share you the availability mail containing the list of hotel available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.

                      Dear sir/mam, we purchased/booked Rs. 12999/- the promotional offer package for 5N/6D( 3 to 4 star hotel) through yatri4travel.com on 28/07/2015 at andaman nicobar island for 20/11/2015 to 25/11/15. Before booking they mailed us on 25/07/2015 regarding this promotional offer in which they give option to select one resort among the 5 hotels in portblair and 7 hotels in havelock (with breakfast and dinner). we paid Rs. 12999 on 28/07/15 through neft to their account and they give us voucher form and we filled it and posted to thier given address on 01/08/2015. After 3 days i called yatri4travel customer care regarding booking status, but they said that my booing is in November so they would confirm the hotel in last week of august. i tried on last week of august they said "do not worry we booked your hotels on given dates and destination". Then i called customer care again on September first week regarding which hotel is booked for me. they said "we will give the details of hotels in mid october". now i have tried to call their representatives and customer care so many ties after september, they even did not answer or picked the phone. Then i received mail from yatri4travel on 02/11/2015 regarding availability of hotels(only accommodation with no star ratings ) which far different with specified hotel in promotional offer. and they not give me a booking list for havelock. we arrange tour at own. now we came back home, but they still not picked up our phone.

                        The company sold us a package for rs. 12999/= of 5N&6D to Gujarat...they also send a form but now they are giving lame excuses and not making the bookings also they are not refunding the money immediately.. Its a fraud company and I have made a police complain against them...please beware of them..

                          I have taken 5N6D package from yatri 4 travel of Rs 12999/-.After paying the money first of all sales person John ([protected]) got vanished with no response from him after 1 day.After calling 50 times in the land line number[protected] got 1 response.I have sent 5-7 mails but no response. Now I am in touch with Rajesh/Abhishek [protected] who are giving the reasons of airtel line not working and delaying the booking in my choice hotel.I will wait for booking confirmation of my choice hotel till 8th Dec 2015 else lodge the complaint to consumer forum along with other affected people.

                            Yatri 4 Travel [protected] I purchased two travel voucher of Rs 8, 999/- each and for last two month I am following over phone and mail for travel to Rajashthan and Goa but the hotels they are providing is low grade and not as the committed at the time of purchase of voucher. Most of the time they don't even pick the phone. The voucher no. are Y4T2022JA (Sept 2015) and Y4T2022JA (Oct 2015). I purchased these vouchers seeing the good hotels included in the list and committed by their sales executive hotel of my choice. They are unable to provide the same. Your Payment Id Is:- Y4TA5305RL (Please note the Payment Id no. for future reference.) You will receive your package welcome kit within 5 to 7 working days !!                                 We would like to inform you that your refund request cannot be processed as your package subscription date was 06-May-2015. Customer can cancel the packages only till 10 days after package subscription date. So now the package is non cancel-able and non refundable, You can now use your package in future till Feb 2016.

                                By clicking on Submit while making the payment on the payment page, you are agreeing to Yatri 4 Travel's Terms & Conditions. Please find below the refund policy according to our terms and conditions.


                                REFUND POLICY

                                · Customer can cancel the packages only till 10 days after package subscription date

                                · Refund amount shall be transferred through NEFT/Cheque Deposit to the beneficiary account after cancelling the package

                                  I have purchased there package for 11999 asia tour which they offer at the time of purchase but now they are telling that we have withdrawn that offer and now they are not refunding my money i lost all my money. They will not provide full address of there office my friend personally went on the address provided but there is no office of yatri4travel.com.

                                    this yatri 4 travel company is cheating company don't book any tour plan.if you paid amount they will not provided any thing and escape from phones and not refund any amount.
