[Resolved] Yatri 4 Travel — Beware a fraud company | |||
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN DEAR FRIENDS beware of the company named yatri4travel which claims to be a travel assistance company and sends spurious and fraudulant emails to guilible customers (web add http://yatri4travel.com/india.html). their modus oprandii is to offer 3night/4day hotel accomodation at concessional rates in various locations across the country the payment mode is through netbanking portal and once the payment is made they send a voucher which is to be filled by the customer and based on this they do the hotel booking and communicate back to the customers. however, i made a payment of rs 8999.00 to them thru their hdfc bank account; they forwarded the voucher which i duly filled and sent it back but now they are not picking up my calls either through customer care number [protected] or by the sales agent mob number [protected]. i would like to spread this word of caution that company’s operation is dubious so do not fall prey to it. i am also contemplating to lodge a fir against them. I was sold 2 5N/6D packages by company executive Mr. Rajesh Mehta, on the promise of providing assured booking at specific locations on specific dates. Later, he keep on dragging the matter till today reassuring to provide confirm booking. now, they have raised their hands and even refusing to refund the amount.
all these company executives are frauds.

i have demand for mahableshvar & lonawala for date[protected] to[protected]
i have allready reservation at trai n . than they talled that there are no booking at this date. and they send me pdf file of hotels but they give me booking that one not a star hotel. and they give me 3 days booking for mahableshvar. now they not responce on my mobile no i think that is cheat compny and frode with ever one
i will talled for my advocate and than send them legeal notice

Same things step by step happening with me, froud company even they are trying to hack your accounts and then steal money from your bank accounts
It's totally bogus company . Even all 11 resolved complaints messages are written by there own staff so it's 0 star rating and 100% fraud company

1)On buying the package I can use package and need not to wait till 21 days.(this is as offer he committed)
2)If i want to cancel the package any time .I will be provided 80% of mony back.
Yatra4travel issues.
1)they dont receive call or respond your help.on sending multiple email they will respond
2)They said they will not refund money and they will take strict action on me .
3)Once they extended my validity and said that I am not eligible for getting food during package.I wanted use this package and send them all the details of hotel...But they are not responding .
If some body is seeing my complaints pls help me to get back money from this frude company.Where they dont have proper policy, they dont pick your call, They will not respond to your help on time.
This yatra4 company is not good .fooling customers trying get money.

Yatri4travel is company which is made by fraud people. You can search group on Facebook which is named Yatri4travel there you will come to know how they have looted people.
I also purchase there 11999 package but I have never been given any holiday from their side. I have everything is male more than 15 mails I have written to them to get my booking confirmed. But most of the time they were not responding.
When there was only one month left for my package to expired I ask them by putting a mail that "place is your date is your kindly give me a hotel booking anywhere in Maharashtra. To which they replied that we have booked a hotel for you in Matheran kindly reply within 2 hour for confirmation. I responded that mail after one day and they refused my confirmation. Moreover hotels which they have offered to me was available on MakeMyTrip for rupees 800 to 900 per night. and I paid them 12000 rupees. They never return my money not a provided any services.
Please don't buy anything from this people as their intentions are not good.
