This is in regard to your Online complaint, regarding the bookings with the inclusion of the food services, we would like to inform you that we are not denying that your package doesn't includes breakfast and dinner but at that point of time we were unable to get the availability of the hotel with included of food.
We had apologized for the same and requested to you to use the services in future because we will give the services with food included. but you did not change your dates and applied for the same dates.

Hi Jayant,
As per your last email to book hotel paradise @ Indore, we have found that there was no hotel named hotel paradise in our availability email.
Did you mean Treebo Paradise ? If yes then confirm us and we will book the same for you.
Kindly confirm otherwise the availability will keep changing.
