[Resolved] Yatri 4 Travel — Lodging consumer court case

This agency advertised in a big way for holiday accommodation and i booked for 2 - 3n 4d at nunnar and paid for the dates 12th to 15th august 2016. They promised 4 star category hotel and gave the list and after payment send allotment for sub standard hotels that too after complaints through this forum.

I wanted them to honour the promise and and they said for the given dates hotels are not available. I agreed to accept any date of their choice and wanted confirmation.

There is no confirmation and no response when called to the phones. Would like to know the procedure for lodging complaints in consumer court.
