Updated by siddipet I paid rs 8999 for tour stay for agra or delhi in may 2015, requested them through proper profoma/format sent by them in the month of sept 2015 for my stay in coming nov 2015, in october with great difficulty after trying around 100 call some body said that the chart will be prepared in the end of october for november month, same will be informed to me. Till date no message, when i tried over phone nobody is answering/lifting, simply the ring going on. Then i mailed to [protected]@
yatri4travel.com, i got failure notice, once mr dinesh wahi replied that over the mail response will not be given, and also mentioned that only through customer care no i should approach, but which never responded. I m highly thankful to you, after 3 months with your efforts mr john from the company has made a phone call through[protected] landline saying that please mark it as resolved and then next money may be refunded or stay may be arranged.
Keeping hope as cultured humanbeing with morals i supported him hoping he will also support me. Thanks a lot sir

Dear mr. Ponnala,
Hope this find you all well!!
We would like to inform you that your refund request cannot be processed as your package subscription date was 06-may-2015. Customer can cancel the packages only till 10 days after package subscription date. So now the package is non cancel-able and non refundable, you can now use your package in future till feb 2016.
By clicking on submit while making the payment on the payment page, you are agreeing to
yatri 4 travel's terms & conditions. Please find below the refund policy according to our terms and conditions.
Refund policy
· customer can cancel the packages only till 10 days after package subscription date
· refund amount shall be transferred through neft/cheque deposit to the beneficiary account after cancelling the package
· refund amount shall be transferred through
yatri 4 travel account only.
· customer has to issue a noc letter in case of refund has to be done mention that he/she cannot claim to use our service.
· the customer will be entitled for the amount 60% as refund and 40% will be charged as cancellation amount.
You can use your package in future by following our booking procedure.
Hence, as a gesture of goodwill, we have decided not to stretch this matter anymore & we can provide you booking within india only.
Please note the following points in order to obtain this offer in future:
1.In order to obtain this offer, the booking request voucher must be completed and mailed to the
yatri 4 travel at the address given.
2. All the booking request has to made at least 21 days in advance from the date of travel.
3. Strictly one booking per voucher and house hold. Only one voucher will be accepted per mail.
4. A confirmation letter will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 days before the date of check-in.
