[Resolved] Yatri 4 Travel — Not responding the calls | |||||
I had purchased a voucher for rs 8999.00 from y4t and at the time of sending the form filled i tried to call the person concern for this but his number is switched off from more than a month also landline numbers are not being answered by any one. I am really very frustrated by this firm at the same time when they were in the situation to grab the payment from me they used to call several times in a day but once payment received they have just stopped calling and responding. Is this the customer service you provide to your customers. Now i am in doubt the firm is real or fake as the bank acc number which was provided was also of mathura (Why mathura if you have your registered office in noida).
