[Resolved] Yatri 4 Travel — Regarding hotel booking fraud

I have paid as per their terms rs. 12999 for 6d and 5n package but now they are not responding at all and even don't give booking confirmation as per their terms and conditions. Their cust. Care no. [protected] is always ringing and their sales executive mr. Rajesh mehta no. [protected] is also not responding.
I want to know hwat is going on? It this company is fraud?

Please help me on this.

got call from customer care no. 01204213369 and they assure me to short out my query by 31/08/2016 and i believe on the executive and waiting for fulfill his promise and for the time i am satisfied with the call.

Yatri 4 Travel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by happyhiren i have got call on my mobile from [protected] and they assured me to solve my complaint by 31/08/2016 in the morning and because of that assurance i take my complaint as a resolve.
waiting for confirmation till 31/08/2016 till evening.
