Sir i had booked a package worth 12999/ in their offer. But till date i have not received any formal reply or have been contacted with regards to my complaints. Just one general mail that ur problem will be solved. However it has been more than 10 days,.. No one from the company has bother to get back. And the worst thing is that the person mr devesh who used to be in touch prior purchase of package is not replying back to my calls or sms. It give impression that since money is with them now.. They can play around with customers.
They neither refund nor attend to our complaints. Is this not deficiency in service?? Now i feel that my 13 k has gone down the drain. Anyways others please don't get fooled. I have learnt the hard way not to buy offers from unknown entities Was this information helpful? |
