Denying my booking and refund and mentally harassing me
They took money from my account and took all my details through Scanned copies of mail before I recieved their welcome kit of terms and conditions and now denying all bookings and refund of my money Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that your package has already been expired long back as you have purchased you package back in 2014. Moreover to this we have always provide you assistance "How to use the package".
below mentioned is the email which was communicate to you by one of our executive back in Sept 2014 and informed you about the mistakes in your form however, you did not sent the from again and you membership has been expired.
FYI
We have gone through the call recordings and we found the Mr John has clearly told you that the photocopy of the booking form will not be acceptable as we required original booking form which you been received from us.
Also, We would like to inform you that you have just filled single date in the booking form.
Kindly fill the form according to the TnC of the package (i.e. with two different destination (Not resort name) and two different date with the gap of 7 days in each interval along with the prior notice of minimum 30 days from the booking date and send it through email so that we will check and assist you accordingly.
Please send us your original booking form by following above mention conditions.

We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience you might have had with us. We rather appreciate your efforts to bring this into limelight. We always ensure that our customers get all the benefits.
As per your last email we would like to inform you that we work on promotional availability of resort and hotel which can be seen only after we put all your travel details in our server after we received all your booking documents from you in hard copy via courier.
All we can inform to you without receiving the hard copy, is ruff Idea for the available hotels/resorts and availability for the same dates would keep changing for the same location till you sends us you documents which can cause a booking failure on real time booking and this is the reason we did not share the availability without receiving the documents.
Hence we would like to request you to kindly share your documents first so we can share you the exact scenario of the available helots and resort on your dates.

Important Note: Booking form can be rejected under the following circumstances
Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases).
The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties is strictly subject to availability.
Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.
