This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment ID: Y4T4078AB & Membership is INACTIVE & processed for escalation team.
This is to inform you that we have received information regarding that You had posted your online complaint and Online Escalation Team has raised a concern to get the details checked after turning your case INACTIVE until our team provide you resolution. Due to this your booking request could not be processed. Hence, you have to manage this bookings from your own.
Moreover, we have pushed this case at the higher authority for the legal proceedings & our legal team would deal with this case & will take its course of action.
Now all the services on INACTIVE MODE of these packages until we get a solution for your online complaint.
In terms to use your package, Solve the online complaints to ACTIVE your package and you need to fill the booking request form and send it back to us. On receiving of that form we will share you the availability mail containing the list of hotel available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.
We ensure replying to each and every email we receive form the customer but if customer is not trying to understand the condition of company and keep sending repeated emails with different-2 timing on the same topic would be treated as spam emails. Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.
