[Resolved] Yebhi.com And Aramex Courier Service — Defective Product | |||
Hi Team, I bought Fabiano gas stove from Yebhi.com on January 29th via order number YBH5152575. They attempted to ship it on Friday and I was unavailable and when requested for attempt to deliver on Saturday their courier guy gives me a rude answer and say that they will see it on Monday. I call up Aramex courier service to check the status on Monday and 30 mins later I get my product delivered. This particular courier guy kept on bombarding my phone asking me worthless questions and was also shouting on me arrogantly. 30 mins later he delivered the product and threw my parcel which was supposed to be handled fragile. Burner of the gas stove broke and I call Yebhi.com, the representative talks to me about policies and says that I will need to take some pictures which will be validated by their quality team, so that my refund could be reviewed. I call up the courier guy to take back the product, he bluntly says that I broke the product and it was my headache. I am totally irritated with their service and cannot take this any more. I do not receive any response from Yebhi. I need my 1000rs back as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
