Hi I am Mrs. Marian Curtis from Chennai TN. On 1st Feb.2014, i purchased six pairs of casual shoes from YEPME online. After delivery i found that three of the pairs were too tight so i called them up and told them about it. They asked me to send it back to them via courier/speed post. I chose to send it back to them via Professional Courier service. I sent it back to them within the deadline time frame of 14 days. The courier people say (and also sent me POD) that it was delivered on the 22nd and collected by Messrs.YEPME too. But till today, four months later, disregarding the number of phone calls, emails, etc. i have been so cheated. Neither have they given me a replacement or the refund for the shoes.
