I buy a shoes from yepme.com on 18th december 2018 and didn't received my orders. Thats why i want to cancel my both orders... But i am not able to cancel my orders because of yepme's app not working properly... So...
No one picks up the phone on customer care number no response from also.
I need refund my money as soon as possible.
My order number is 34109469 & 34109470.

Till now I didn't get my ordered items for order no 34107554. Please do your best to deliver items. My order was on 21st November. So it is more than one month that I didn't get any items. So please do your best to deliver items. I[censored] can't deliver then refund my Rs 1057 Arindam Sen. Mob:[protected]

I have booked an order on yepme on may06, 2018... Neither i have got that product or the refund money.. I m calling yepme but nobody is picking up the phone.. Kindly look into the matter.
I am checking the status order in their website and it is showing as returned...
Total amount rs 678 deducted from my bank account as i paid it in advance..

I am calling them from last six months but my problem is not veing resolved...

Please solve my problem as soon as possible..

I ordered watch from yepme order no 34110977 on 15th January 2019...with expected date of delivery as 21st Jan 2019...product has not even been dispatched... I have heard that the company has closed down... Is there any way I can get a refund... Also cyber cell may note this case of online fraud.payment has been made in prepaid mode.

I have also registered a complaint on national consumer helpline (928952) complaint number. I mail them hundred times to get my money back. The amount of the order was 618. I request all of you to make this website down. If the company is bankrupted why they keep the website up to fool the people.

Sorry to say sir but your website didn't help me in getting my amount from yepme. Last year i made an order of 2 jackets from yepme. I don't know what happen they rejected my order and till now they have not refund my amount till yet. Their customer complaints number and email id are not working. I placed order for casual shoes on 06 Nov 2018. My order no 34106377. I paid online. Still I have not received the shoes. I tried so many times to contact customer care but no response. It is kindly requested to deliver the item or refund my money as soon as possible.

If any action is not initiated, I will go to civil court and take up all these types of issues facing by the persons who have been cheated by Yempe. It is matter of not only 300 or 400 but bad impact of e-commerce business.

I placed the order on 17th october and due to out of stock the product was not delivered... My money was deducted from my bank account on 17th october 2018 and today is 10th december... I want my money back...

In yepme i placed an order for a shania linen tunic at 23rd november 2018, prepaid rs.578 the product was supposed to arrive at 2nd december 2018 but the status for the product shows ready to be dispatched whereas it was supposed to arrive within 2nd december 2018. I am extremely confused and irritated. I hope the product arrives within a few days orelse i want my money back. Thank you.

I have placed an order on 17th october, its expected delivery was 26th october, when the order was not delivered, i called to yepme customer care after 1 november and registered a complaint and cancelled the order. I was supposed to get my money refunded on my account, as i have paid rs.225 from my bank account and redeemed rs.74 from my reward coins... Money still now not refunded in my bank account.

My order id 34101878.

I ordered a track pant from yepme.com on 02nd october 2018 and made payment online immediately, till today there is no any updates from yepme regarding my order.

I tried to cancel my order in yepme app but unable to cancel my order.
So i drafted a mail and sent to [protected]@yepme. Biz, [protected]@yepme.com & customer. [protected]@yepme.com, all 3 mails id's are not working and mails are returning back.

I raised complaint in yepme app with complaint no. 3073437 there is no response regarding my complaint also.

Finally decided to speak customer care dept, but one of worst customer care, no one will be there to pick the call even if you are in que for more then 30 minues.

Please sort out the issue.

Sir i have ordered a shoes of rupees 350 on yepme, daily i checked order status but it shows that it is not dispatched yet... After five days of time waste i canceled the order and the refund hasn't done to me
And important
2. I have called them 15 times but they haven't responded one time also... And the app is dumb that it hasn't have tracking and canceling options
