I made an prepaid order in yepme on 8th august, 2018 of 5 products and my products haven't been delivered yet.

I say to yepme.com fraud company to deliver my products soon or else i'll file complaint in district consumer court. Are you making delivery process from mars planet to the earth? Why the hell you're taking more 3 months? You must have business virtues and shouldn't cheat customers like this mindlessly

    I had ordered 4 tops on 2nd October 2018. It was supposed to be delivered on 10 October . But the status still shows ready for dispatch. I have already made the payment of rs 1416. Kindly help me with the same. No one responds when called to customer care number.

    I was complaining many times but not responding from yepme, sometimes phone pick up on but keeping hold call after 1min talking & after that keeping hold & hold the call wasting my time & phone balance.

    But still I have not received my order. Please look in to the problem and try to deliver the order as soon as possible

    Please look into this complaint and try to resolve it asap...

      I have ordered yepmee white peep toes on 23 september. it was about to get delivered on 29 September . today is 9 October and still no news of product. The status is saying ready to dispatch .called the customer care still no response . before this i have ordered lots of things on yepme but never faced problem but this time they didn't even care.please kindly look into my problem.

        I bought some cloths from yepme.com but product quality wasn't good as per price. I wrote a mail to twice or thrice them for the refund but haven't heard from them till date. I also called them every-time i called they said in 2 or 3 days we will be calling you back but there was no call from them. They claim a 30 day refund but that did not happen with me. It's been a year now please help me.

          Hi team.
          I have ordered shoe on 21 sept 2018, money has been deducted but order not yet placed. Order status is still showing as pending. Even yepme no allowing me to cancel this order. And yepme 's customer care is too pathetic and it seems they are just cheating the customers. No one is responding.
          Can anyone please share me yepme's customer care number which is easily reachable.

            Dear Sir, I ordered a Yepme Luca Henlee Tee on june 18, 2017, on june 25, 2017 they auto reject my order, but they dint give my pament after one year passed. Total -INR 279 Mode of Payment:Credit Order id[protected], The amount was debited from my account but later i got a mail that my order has been rejected and the money will be refunded to me in next 7 days, more than 7 days have past but am not getting my money back.

                Order no.33755415 & amount-Rs.937. i was order the item from yepme on 14th june 2017 but it was cancelled automatically before despatch but not refunding yet. I was complaining many times but not responding from yepme, sometimes phone pick up on but keeping hold call after 1min talking & after that keeping hold & hold the call wasting my time & phone balance. Please help me for my refunding amount from yepme. One thing is that please don't do like that & do business correctly, truely, faithfully & responding your customer in correct time & good manner not in cheating.

                  Sir/madam, I have ordered 2 shoes worth 698 Rs. And I have paid for the order through online Payment. I ordered the products on 16th September and the expected delivery was 22 September. But still I have not received my order. Please look in to the problem and try to deliver the order as soon as possible .MY ORDER ID[protected].. If you can't deliver it atleast return my money. I am very disappointed with the service you guys are providing. Hope you will resolve it as soon as possible.

                    This is karthik, have ordered a product in yepme.com on 10th of september and the product should have delivered by 14th sep, till now there is no update from them, tried to reach customer care number, e-mail's and complaint raised via portal, there is no response from them.

                    Checked the order status in their portal, it clearly shows order dispatched with wow couriers but response from courier is invalid order number, please check and help me to get the product or amount.

                        I made an online purchase using yepme's online portal www.yepme.com (Order no.[protected] on 21 august 2018 for an amount of rupees 498. I tried contacting them but the customer care number mentioned over site doesn't work at all. Online status shows the order is dispatched as on 1 september 2018 and now it's been more than 22 working days since it's dispatch and yet they have not delivered the product. Request you to kindly contact and take action against them.

                                        On 15th august 2018 i purchased 3 kurtis through online from your site.

                                        I forgot to take the purchase order from that day and i thought i will get a e-mail about it but till today i had not received any mail about my order.

                                        The payment made through payu india via for an amount of rs.1137/-

                                        I tried to contact them through the customer care number[protected] but nobody is answered it. And e-mai the same to them but they not replied.

                                        I am attaching herewith my banks transaction detail for your perusal.
