I order from http://yepme.com. i ordered for "yepme dwayne slim fit shirt-white-navy shirt size-42 | qty: 1". My order id is 34076679. I placed my order on "[protected]:30:00" and expectde delivery of order was[protected]. I have already made payment in advance for this order. I have not yet received my order till today.
Also, i have registered complaint for the same with complaint id : 3069295.

I am not satisfied with yepme service. It seems like yepme is a fraud. I have not received any response from yepme after registering the complaint, also i could not cancel my order. When i try to contact on helpline numbers of yepme, no one is there to receive call.
Now i feel that yepme has stolen my money, it is a fake company. No dignity is there of yepme in market.

And also i called customer care but no one is lifting phone.it is very seriously i worn Them. I need my money back soon!!

Such a fraudulent website and company. I need the company to respond me asap . Here’s my email Id [protected]@gmail.com . Either get me the product delivered or I need my refund . Otherwise I’m going to sue y’all and launch a complain in consumer forum for such fraudulent activity

Was suppose to receive on 14th my still now no news

After that my wife tried calling yepmee although she was successful after waiting nearly 6 hours in the span of three days

The executive said the amount will be refund to my account one week bck

Till now no refund amount is reflecting my account

Could you confirm what is really happening

Im your reglaur client but this service is very uncalled for

I'm surprised and confused with yepmee

These people are fraud and cheating everyone.
Probably this is the worst online shopping website.
Your customer care number are useless coz no one picks up the calls.

Order No. 33894558 for Rs 498 and Order No. 33900330 for Rs 258 were tried on date 27.09.2017 to place but could not be succeeded and amount debited with transaction id [protected] & [protected] respectively.
Till today nothing is being done regarding refund of the same even after sending approx 40 trailing emails on email id [protected]@yepme.com

I have ordered shoes from Yepme order id 34074264 . Due to delay of orser i have cancelled it but they didn't refund my money. I have tried to many time to contact customer support but they didn't receive call.

Further i have ordered another shoes which have order id 34075182 still it is not delivered. Please resolve it.

I have ordered shoes from Yepme with order id 34074264.
Due to delay of my order I cancelled it. I still didn't receive my money back and it is more than 15 days now. Customer service do not respond. Even after waiting for 20-30 minutes on customer care they do not receive call. I have tried from gmail aslo but their mail system is full.

I have ordered another shoes with order number 34075182. Even after 2 weeks I don't recieve the order.

I had booked an order with yepme on 15.4.18 wide my order no:34067957 for a pair of casual shoes - blue color fro amount rs.339.00, after not receiving the ordered goods on 20.5.8 i had raised a complain online after which i had on tracking found that the goods shipped thru wowexpress wide tacking no: p[protected] dt 10.5.18.
On tracking the same i found the ordered items never left delhi since the courier person did not provide service to my city visakhapatnam.

Now after repeated call attempts made to yepme the calls ae put on hold for 30 minutes and no one takes the calls. Also tehy are not taking further online compalins stating that the order has been returned.

Yepme mail i'd (Customer. [protected]@yepmeshop.com) is not working. When i'm calling customer care ([protected], [protected]) no one is responding, i m waiting for hours for the representative online but there is no response. Please help me asap.

I have online ordered kurta from yepme on 24th sept 2017 for rs 641 through mobikvik vide order id 33778812. Money has been from my card but till date product which i ordered was not delivered to me.. I have raised this issue to concern bank, mobikvik and yepme no one is cooperating to resolve issue. My money has been stolen by yepme as per bank and mobikvik. Even yepme has deleted order information from there site. Please do not purchase any product through mobikvik and yepme as it seems that they are involve in cyber crime as per my experience with them. They were making fraud with people by making money through online transactions which had been done by there customers.

I have ordered 3 products on march 24 2018 and its is supposed to be delivered by april 1st week. But still i have not received the products and no refund as well and i'm not finding any way either to get refund or to track the product.

This is the worst service i have ever seen. I thought to try yepme, but now am regreting it. That's why it's said that always use trusted sites like amazon, flipkart. Not like yours. First of all i got the wrong product. Now i have requested you for return and refund. I called twice, and your executive said that it will be picked up today. But till now no one came to pick it up. And later on you will say, that you have to send the product yourself. I filed a complaint through mail also, but i got no response from you.

This is how you treat your customers?
If yes, then better shut down your site because no customer is fool enough that they will use yepme again, once betrayed.

I want an immediate action regarding this issue and want an immediate pickup and return.

Itâs been more then 4 months i am chasing yepme customer care for refund of order.. But thy are unable to initate it.

The product which i had order was not as per size chart given on app. I had paid these robbers through my debit card.
Request you to check the matter and initiate my refund.

Customer care good for nothing should be given life time sentence or death penalty or this # should close the company..
