Yepme.com — Non-delivery of product even after 20days. | |||
I ordered men's casual shoes from yepme.com on 20th January 2015. They informed me that the product will be delivered by 27th January. But they didn't deliver the product. They have provided the docket number through sms, but no tracking number is provided. I have registered a complaint in their site. But every time they are saying that, "We working on higher priority on your complaint please wait for 4 to 6 working days". These are the same words I have been hearing for the last 10 days. My order ID is 11738871. The docket number they have provided is AP[protected]IN. The courier company name is Speed post. Please take necessary action against these people.
