Yerha.com — Sending faulty product and after making replacement they take your product but doesn't turn up back to deliver the product again | |||||
Hi, I have placed a hoco 2in 1 charger from the website www.yerha.com on 21/9/2016. I received the product on 24/9/2016 but I found the product was faulty and I requested for replacement on 27/9/2016 and returned the product via blue dart courier with tracking # [protected] and the product even delivered to the sender on 3/10/2016. After that I called them left message to them but no response at all. I am now kind of feeling helpless with this website where there is no way to come out of it with the solution nor any means to contact them. Pls take a strict action against such websites where they cheat customer by sending fault product and after returning the product they never turn back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
