Dear Yes Bank,
I have been trying to close my account with Yes Bank for many many months now. As you can understand, the money is rightly mine and the closure process should be initiated. After visiting the Lokhandwala (Mumbai) branch several times this year, I was told of several reasons why they have delayed the process, none convincing or to do with technicalities. I have shared my Aadhar, updated phone number, and anything else that has been requested. I have made myself available in the middle of my travels and tried my best to keep requesting the branch officials in person (Rizwan). I was told a few weeks ago that they had sent the money to my other account and closed my Yes Bank account but that was again not even true. I am very frustrated and request you to respect my time please.
