My father visit your branch situated in nagpur area civil lines the back office person he's treated my father as if he's taking loan from him only! I request him to be calm and communicate in a good manner but he didn't do that and he said why you want give explanations i have write an application for giving reasons he's doing nothing keep waiting us for an 2 hour and he's attitude i request you to take action against those people don't have manner to handle senior citizens i even dropped a letter in your office box no action to be taken please maintain a good staff with a good attitude i hope you will do it monday i'm going for the same work civil line office please take action

    Hi

    I just entered my hdfc ATM to yes bank ATM at sector 57 hong Kong bazar Gurgaon haryana and the ATM got hanged and after sometime I got a message that u have withdrawn 10000.but I never entered any amount in the ATM.

    How this is possible without entering any amount 10000 got debited from my account.

    Pls help and advise how to get the reversal.

      I have requested to close my account with immediate affect. I resigned from my previous company, so naturally i stopped getting salary but the yes bank people keep deducting amount for not maintaining sufficient balance now the balance stand at more than -9000 rs and increasing. I left that company past 2.5 years ago and there is no transaction since 2.5 years still account is not closed and shows the negative balance. It's complete harassment. Sent closure request form as per yes bank policy. Still no response from yes bank

        A very similar complaint against yes bank. Yes bank is still imposing non maintainance charges despite rbi's directions. I stopped using my yes bank account way back in 2015 withdrawing my money. It was my salary account. Till today i have been receiving messages from the bank about negative balance in my account. Despite rbi's directions, banks should not impose negative fine on savings account which were once salary account. I have been using some other bank accounts but the account goes dormant if not maintained. The customer support is of no use. They want me to pay the fine also they wanted me to visit their branch for any clarification.

          I have initiated the transfer of rs.3000/- to my brother account mr. Mantej singh walia ([protected]) using google tez app under transaction id#[protected] on 12th october 2017 (12:26 pm) but the transaction (Transaction id :[protected] never fulfilled. I got the succeed transaction notification and i got the debit same day so kindly revert the same amount to my account number [protected] yes bank, chandigarh branch ifsc code yesb0000015. So please do the necessary step and reverse the amount back.

          Got a call for Loan, they said i need to buy an insurance policy against which they wil give me loan of the amount of insurance policy. Then i need to pay yearly premium for 10 years and no interest. Once the PPT is over they will collect the Maturity amount from the insurance company.. Just want to know is it genuine call from Yers Bank ?

            I was sold with a life insurance from max life by yes bank executive in the name of investment. Name of the insurance was "guaranteed income plan". It's the most useless investment you can buy.

            I was busy while getting the investment and paid the price for it. Yes bank executive (So called relationship manager) for my account of 7 years misguided me into buying it. Most of my specific instructions were violated.

            I wanted a monthly premium/ecs investment. They made me subscribe to an annual one saying from next year it will be monthly. Blatant lie.

            I wanted to return the policy any time to get my money back which i had paid. I was promised that this will happen after block period of a year. To my surprise, there is no way to get back my money.in every case i will lose significantly. Eg 70 percent after first year. 50 percent after 3 years. Just no way you can go this road u less you are broke and need this money urgently or don't have money to pay next premiums.

            Last but not the least, the benefits are laughable. From 6 year onwards they pay back half the amount yearly to you. I paid 75 k yearly so they pay back 37 back to you in the monthly form. This happens for 5 years and then this amount is doubled for next 5 years. Means you are almost getting back what you had paid by 16 years, almost of no value.

            I wanted an investment and was sold this insurance which is useless. Please help me get back my money.

              I booked twice the movie ticket from yes bank on 1st october 2017, the error got from yes bank webpage "duplicate request" but my money debited rs.380 twice. I phoned to customer care, they told before october 9th, your amount will get refund. Today, i call to customer care, they simply told on 3rd october 2017 the money credited to your merchant. Whats the logic here? Is this neft/imps transaction to send the money again? Its a booking transaction once it gets failed the money will credit to the owner account. But these peoples did it wrong and simply said we credit the amount to merchant. You ask to merchant.
              I'm using yesbank for last 1 year. But this is the first time i get this worst issue.

                Sir i have saving and demat account in your bank i wanted to open demat under bsda facility but my account open under corporate scheme because of this the amount of rs 1172.82 debited from my saving account for yes securities i want to change demat account current scheme to bsda scheme and get back amt charged in demat account in my saving account please tell me how to get it and its process

                  My employer was yes bank had deducted pf from november 2012 to september 2017, today my account credited 56, 646 inr from epfo.
                  Same is very less amount which has been credited.
                  I have done conversation with my company but i didn't get any response (My emp code 3294001).
                  Kindly look into the matter and credit the correct amount of mine pf.

                    While opening of salary account i was notifies there is not minimum balance required. I have been getting messages for negative balance since last two years. I hope someone from their pathetic customer care team responds in this regards. Yes bank isnt following rbi's directive of not allowing negative balances. Its time yes bank stop's looting their customers with their over-hyped services.

                      I have requested to close my account in yes bank in aug2017. I had visited the branch and submitted the request with all required documents at vidhyadhar nagar, jaipur - 302039 branch.
                      As suggested by the customer executive (One lady) submitted all the required documents. I asked her to complete all formalities at the very same time as i have to go aboard next day
                      Next day i got a call from same branch stating that i have to submit another additional request before account closure.
                      Was not possible for me to revisit the branch and my flat is in span of 1 km from the branch, so i had asked to collect the another request from my home so that my account will close asap and they agreed but no help from yes bank even though they agreed to collect from my home.

                      Please try to understand the situation of your customers and help.

                      You should be as prompt as you pretend to be during account opening time!!!

                      Please train your staff in such a manner that they won't trouble the customers again and again.

                      Please get my application collected from my home as i want to close my account asap.

                        Today i got a call from [protected] person named atul ahuja, telling himself from cyber cell, ask me to help in recovering the amount of rs 8990 of fraud which has been done to me by quikrkart.com, he ask me to download bhim app and ask me to generate upi by adding my account on that. Than he insist me to make transaction on the upi ([protected]@ybl) of same amount of rs8990, once he told me to press pay button & i was not aware of how to use bhim app, i pressed the pay button with entering pin number.

                        My mapped account got debited twice at the same time & total amount of rs 17980 has been deducted from account. This all stops only due to limit over. Immediately i call my bank helpline & block my debit card, also lodge a fraud complaint with my bank immediately.

                        I am in huge pain, i have already frauded by quikrkart.com by amount of rs8990 earlier, attaching detailed mail.

                        Kindly help me or guide me how can i recover my money which i have earned by doing hard work.
                        I am working in a private organization & belongs to poor family.
                        Kindly confirm the details of this fraud upi owner.

                          To whom it may concern.

                          I have an account in yes bank and i have transferred rs: 34500/- using imps on 25th sep 2017 at 02.45 to my own hsbc a/c.

                          The imps ref number[protected]/pa[protected] amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to hsbc account. I got message that it timed out and status shows in my net banking as transaction initiated. I have contacted the branch same day along with raising a complaint online with the reference number: cs[protected]. They said it would be credited back to my account within 3 days. 3 days over. Same status.

                          I’m so disappointed with this behaviour from the bank as one of my emi got declined in my hsbc account due to this. This might be a small amount for the bank but it’s a big amount for me and on such a short notice there is no way i can arrange these funds from somewhere else. I have been a customer with yes bank as i have my salary account and a two-wheeler loan for which i pay an emi of 7314 every month, i don’t deserve to go through all this stress, please look into this and sort it out along with a due compensation for all the stress i had to go through.

                          Note: if this is not sorted out immediately i’ll be writing to rbi soon.

                              I have been a yes bank customer since 2012 as a salry account meanwhile i had moved to usa for job and had to close all accounts before leaving india but as a option i had planned to keep one account that i am using currently. I am a head chef of very reputated and renowned brand. Last year in nov i had applied to change my address in gurgao branch, but that time i was not able to do the formalities from my end and yes there was few flaws for which i am gonna blame their employ, for me basic problem is managing time. I am forced to write this because by any how i quit that time because i have to travel most of the time.
                              Couple of month back my card got damaged now i had moved to noida so i went to noida branch near siddhi visual hospital. This time i did all the formalities as per given instructions supported with all the documents. Firstly i have not been updated anything for 15 days eventually i made call to customer care they told me about the address changed process have been done and after couple of days i recieved a letter from yes bank side. I was surprised to see the address is wrong.
                              Again i went to the bank spoke to the employee ekta singh recited her my grievance she replied in very casual manner like nothing happened... Boss i came to you for inconvenience cause to me just because of you (Yes bank) your people should know the value of customer and if not better value for the precious time. No courtesy no regret... Now i am getting instructed sir aap dabara ajaiye with all documents we will do it again. That's the answer you suppose to give your customer when he is suffering problem because o[censored]?
                              Then i spoke to senior manager mr. Rohit dawar with a thought that i will be getting some support instead that he have gave me starting suggestion about other branches near by and shown 0% interest in resolving my problem. I need proper response sir...
                              To ensure my busy schedule i m going to show you my last two month details of work that i am not able to take my weekly off also. Who is going to composate me and how?.

                                Namaste, this k metturamulu, on 24/9/2017, 3 times i tried to book bus ticket in apsrtc bus, non of the time i was succesful. 3 times amount was debited from account, each time 517 (Total 1557), immediatly i spoke with apsrtc customer care, they two times debited amount will be credited to my account within 7-14 working days, my concern 3rd time debited amount, plz look into the matter, thanks in advance

                                  On 17/09/2017 i have done metro purchasing in yeswanthapur by using yes bank atm card.in first, i got transaction declined so again i done 2nd transaction and amount of 1680 is deducted but in my account both times amount is deducted i. E 1680+1680=3360.
                                  I have gone to metro purchasing regarding for this but they are telling only one transaction they got amount. They gave letter for this transaction detail so i have attached this letter to your reference. I have complained through yes bank web site but no reply for that, please do the need full.

                                    He has transfer money from nigeria but still not received in yes bank from last 1 month we are doing followup with bank excetive mr kamlesh from boisar branch.

                                    From still not recd any response and facing misbehavior from yes bank staff.

E 20 sep 2017, i went hdfc bank atm located at main chhatarpur road, chhatarpur, new delhi at 09:17:46 am, i tried to withdraw rs. 7500.00 but machine shows "your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows "time out".
                                      I repeat same but shows on screen same but balance has been not received from the atm. br...

                                      I am tried to transfer rs21500 thru adhoc transfer facility on 14/09/2017. But sms received as transaction timed out and amount deducted from my account. Verified the beneficiary account amount not credited to his account also. So i gave mail to yes touch and raised issue in 18002000. Customer care team is asking 30days time to resolve/refund the issue.in other banks if any transaction related issues are solved in 5days maximum. But yes bank asking month time to study the problem. Now i am deadly suffering without money. Worst in worst customer service by yesbank.
