I have been a yes bank customer since 2012 as a salry account meanwhile i had moved to usa for job and had to close all accounts before leaving india but as a option i had planned to keep one account that i am using currently. I am a head chef of very reputated and renowned brand. Last year in nov i had applied to change my address in gurgao branch, but that time i was not able to do the formalities from my end and yes there was few flaws...

Namaste, this k metturamulu, on 24/9/2017, 3 times i tried to book bus ticket in apsrtc bus, non of the time i was succesful. 3 times amount was debited from account, each time 517 (Total 1557), immediatly i spoke with apsrtc customer care, they two times debited amount will be credited to my account within 7-14 working days, my concern 3rd time debited amount, plz look into the matter, thanks in advance...

On 17/09/2017 i have done metro purchasing in yeswanthapur by using yes bank atm card.in first, i got transaction declined so again i done 2nd transaction and amount of 1680 is deducted but in my account both times amount is deducted i. E 1680+1680=3360.
I have gone to metro purchasing regarding for this but they are telling only one transaction they got amount. They gave letter for this transaction detail so i have attached this...

He has transfer money from nigeria but still not received in yes bank from last 1 month we are doing followup with bank excetive mr kamlesh from boisar branch.

From still not recd any response and facing misbehavior from yes bank staff.

E 20 sep 2017, i went hdfc bank atm located at main chhatarpur road, chhatarpur, new delhi at 09:17:46 am, i tried to withdraw rs. 7500.00 but machine shows "your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows "time out".
I repeat same but shows on screen same but balance has been not received from the atm. br...

I am tried to transfer rs21500 thru adhoc transfer facility on 14/09/2017. But sms received as transaction timed out and amount deducted from my account. Verified the beneficiary account amount not credited to his account also. So i gave mail to yes touch and raised issue in 18002000. Customer care team is asking 30days time to resolve/refund the issue.in other banks if any transaction related issues are solved in 5days maximum. But yes bank...

My account had been debited with, rs. 16, 000 without my approval and when asked about it on customer care number they say it was autodebited. When they cannot safe guard my money in their account n anyone can come n take money from my account why do i need the account??? There is no safety of money in this bank. My debit card has been deactivated without any specific request.
I opened account for a month and did couple withdrawal with the same card, suddenly in a week's time, the card is shown as not activated.

The customer support team did not even bother to look into online request raised on 1st sep (Request id 879024).

Over the phone also, no clue on what next to be done. Another request raised today with...

My salary account converted to saving account without notification. And now they have started charging penalty for not maintaining minimum balance.

As of now balance is inr (-ve) 7, 036.01. I went to nearby branch to deactivate my account. But, they didn't agree to deactivate. This makes worst now. I want to close this account asap.

As per rbi rules, bank are not allowed to charge for not maintaining minimum...

I applied for personal loan from yes bank and due to that 4 blank cheques was also required to be given and which i gave to yes bank. But somehow nw they are asking me to give blank cheques of my salary account bank and i don't have that cheque book as it is applie.. Meanwhile i asked the yes bank official to return by earlier blank cheque but they are harassing me and giving me false commitments and not returning me my cheque.....

Wrote several times to phone pe but they are even not ready to listen.
Totaly fraud app.
They are showing me the wrong transaction. They are not listening the 1 i am telling them which is missing....

I am having a current account in yes bank sadar bazar agra branch but even having enough amount in my account they rejected my cheque by saying sign doesnt match and asked me to send a letter saying its my sign only then also they rejected my cheque... Thus i want to close all my accounts with this bank as they are least interested in their customers....

This is regarding charges that are being levied for non-maintenance of my bank account. I opened an account with yes bank in 2014 as my company operated with the bank. I left my previous company in 2015. With the change of my company, my bank account also changed. However, yes bank still charges me for non-maintenance, which today stand at INR -6, 772.14.
I read online that as per the rbi guidelines, these charges should be waived...

I received a call from yes bank representative to offer me a credit card. She had explained the offers of “yes first preferred credit card”. I had asked her to share he details of the offered card via email from the yes bank official email address but she told me that the representatives cannot send such mails and i will receive all the details via email before the application is processed. I have issued a cheque to icici securities ltd., when cheque got cleared it is indicating nungambakkam, no information about the beneficiary. I didn't even received a message from the bank for clearance of cheque. When i requested to provide the beneficiary details they are telling me to wait for 48 hours.
