Dear Dr Rajan,
RBI Governor
When I opened NRE FD fo 50000 it was agreed by Bank that Minimum Balance clause is not applicable and the same was confirmed by e mail by an authorized relation officer.

When I am approaching them now after every alternative gap of few days I am getting an e mail that our team is looking in to the matter, please bear with us.

This is not fair at their end you are requested to do the needful ASAP.

    Hi,

    This bank has deducted my useless acount rs. 600. I need my money back. I am frustated and so tensed. This was deducted because when i took it from atm then money wasnot come out but money is deducted. Please help me as soon as possible. No response from yes bank. This is really very disgusting. We must take such actions. Please help me i dont have any idea where to go for this. Please provide some support to me as soon as possible. Help will be delighted a lot to me.

      Myself Harish M, New account holder of Yes bank . i need to bring somethings to your notice, I gave my request on opening my account on[protected] and your executive promised me to open a 3 in 1 account in 1 week of time but it was not activated on the promised date but i got the Saving account activated on[protected] days from the re question) in between i Came Physically to ur branch and told my Queries and requested you to activate my saving s account.For ur kind concern till the date my demat account is not activated i crossed so many 1 hrs, 3 hrs today's and tomorrows from ur Executives.

      1). Will it takes 17 days to open a savings Account in your bank.
      2). Will it take more than 30 days to open a Demat account in your bank.(Till the date my demat account is not activated).

      If yes Why your executives promised me to open a account in 7 days Max.

      I submitted all the documents without fail on[protected].with a cheque for 10500 rs.

            Yes bank give me a fraud sms.A company (American tower)told me i[censored] submit 68000 thousand then u will found 2500000.00.They give me the following sms
            Dear customer,
            Request for fund transfer url10065212yesbnk of rs.2500000.00 in you?A/c no.([protected])has been received and will be processed very soon..
            For this sms i submitted rs.68000 on the company account(American tower)..But no money has credited in my account...Please help me sir..I am hopeless

              Respected Sir/Madam,

              I have Bank Account with yes bank. They have given a facility to withdraw amount from other bank ATM also. I had tried to withdrawal 10, 000/- from ICICI bank ATM. It was not dispersed from ATM due to no cash availability in that ATM but that time I received the debit message on my mobile from yes bank of withdraw of that amount.

              I thought this amount will got refunded by the bank due to invalid transaction. but It was not refund by the bank so that I complained to yes bank customer care on next day.

              Yes bank investigate from their end and told me that It was successful transaction and amount was withdrawal for that transaction.

              I am not understanding if I had not received any cash from that ATM then how that transaction was got successful. So I requested to yes bank to justify me with the evidence to show that it was successful transaction and I received cash from that ATM.

              Till now they are not able to justify me about that transaction. When i asked them to refund me. They denied to refund me.

              Request you to help me out to get that refund from them because I had not received any cash for that transaction.

                Dear sir/mam ...I am Vishal singh from Chattarpur New delhi.my contact no is [protected] . i submitted my all documents and 20000 rs chq on 15 jan 2016 in yes bank chattarpur branch to mr sohan lal .he told me thats its take 2-3 day in activation of your account ... after 1 week i call him but he never response me on phone even he always online in whatsapp but not responding me on official time .after 1 week daily he promising me that today v ll open your account .. then i ask him to whom i have to take or complaint then he told me that our head office in mumbai u have to contact there after 13 days today he is saying that plz give me a time i ll return your documents and money i had send this to gurgaon office so its take some time. even he dont know about indian states capital during form filling he ask me 2-3 times that what is patna is this any place or what ... therefore i request u to plz take action on this 2 weeks ho gaye abhi tak account ka koi pata nahi ...aur plz sohan lal jaise bande se apni brand name mat kharab karo...

                        Hi, So, i've never complained about any company till date .This is the first time i'm doing so because i'm totally pissed and annoyed for thinking to work with yes bank .They have wasted about 10 days of my time and it's counting . They have spoiled my business by saying "tomorow " today night" etc etc, they can give me reasons but i can't give reason to paypal (which is my only source of income) when they were verifying my bank account, they got suspicious and they limited my paypal account and about $2000 stuck in my account (that's about 1.5 lakhs), now i can't even withdraw that funds . I could care less about the funds actually but the fact that they limited my paypal account i.e means i cant even use my paypal account or open new account really sucks thats my only source of income unless my American clients can send funds directly to bank which is pretty sure they won't because they are using paypal for years ... All this trouble, only because i choosed YES BANK for my company account and that is my worst decision in my life . While i was opening the account, they said me it will take 2 days at maximum but it took 5 days for "opening" that's fine but then they said i can not recieve funds on it till "Friday morning", but why ? so it took another 5 days (and it's still counting) i asked them today and they said it might be today afternoon while yesterday they said today morning and so on. . . So, what i'm going to do today afternoon if they tell me i can use my account on monday morning is simply close the account (i'm ready to take the loss of 1.5 lakhs for my bad decision making skills ) and as all my friends previously suggested, i will go with ICICI . these are the small reasons why individual entrepreneurs in india can not achieve things easily, lack of everything .. Another reason : While i was opening the account, they said they have share market ...i really need it because i used to invest in shares but after opening the account they said its not available in "our branch" Thanks for everything, you guys are the worst bank i've seen in my life.

                            Previously it is salary account opened by organisation and after 3 month they convert to saving without prior information .for that they chargers quaterky 750 . if my account balance 1000 they cut 1800 from my account witout any prior information. also did not inform me same also.please help me recover my money.

                              Some One from yes bank named as Mr. XXXX abused me over call and said " Tere baap se bhi Niklwa lenge paise Yes bank Wale " . I wanted to know his name
                              after that
                              YES Bank Deducted payment of Inr Rs. 33000/- from my account without having any written notice or anything else
                              money is not an issue,

                              But Mr. Rajesh Sharma is a really nice guy, he came to my office on 30 - Jul committed me that either they will give us representative name who abused me over call or he'll give Inr Rs. 16, 500/-,
                              but sadly nothing done

                              i got irritated by your services, I have Doubt on Mr. Sahil in Yes bank that he called me and abused me

                              Sort out this issue ASAP another wise i'll go to consumer court and put mentally harassment and abusing case on YES bank

                              Please Don't force me to do that,

                                    Yes bank person mr. Madhu from jubille hilss branch in hyd came to my office [educomp solutions ltd] to open my bank account. He took all the documents, gave me the starter pack and asked me to wait for 4 - 7 days by which time he ensured me that my account will be activated. I gave him all the documents on 15. 7. 15 and even today, the account has not been activated. I mailed the customer care of yes bank, but didnt receive any reply. I put an sms in their mobile banking support, again didnt receive any answer / reply. I called up the toll free customer care [1800 2000], the lady said that she will look into the matter, again with no results.

                                    For your surity, my customer id is 3557606 [given with the starter kit], email id - [protected]@gmail.com, ph no: [protected]

                                    Its 12th day [9 working days has passed]. . . Please log in a complaint against the bank as well the concerned persons.

                                      It's my bad decision to open the bank account in Yes Bank.I had applied for Demat account on 23 May 2015 and it should be opened till 10-June-15 as per your executive but it was delayed and not opened till 14 June-15. On Complaining the Customer care, Executive assured me that your account will not be opened and no charges will levied. I have also opened Demat Account with another bank due to delay in service and bad response from your side.In the 1st week of July, Demat charges had applied on my bank account but i don't want any more. Inspite of repeated request/complaints, till date no reversal from your side. On asking the RM, The same is also not efficient to take decision on the same. At the time of opening the Bank Accounts, Yes Bank provide surety for better quality of services but on opening the same, forget the customer service norms and everything. The best part, RM is not capable to provide solution of the problems and ready to pay cash from their own Pocket. In case, Bank is not able to provide the services on time, levy unnecessary charges on accounts of customer then please don't do fake commitments.
